This activity is editable so that you can type in your own words, making it perfect for your phonics continuous provision!  Type each grapheme in the word onto a separate football (where the asterix is shown).  Children should use their finger to ‘kick’ the balls, say the sounds out loud and then blend to read the word.
 
To edit, download the PDF to your computer and then open the PDF in the latest version of Adobe Reader (free).  You can type words with between 2-4 graphemes.  10 activity cards each are included for words with 2, 3 or 4 graphemes.
