Children learn to write CVC words with this fun spy activity.  They search for the images on the spy mat and then write the words in the spaces provided on the recording mat.  An engaging way to learn to segment to spell CVC words.
 
The following are included:
•4 CVC spy mats: laminate/place in reusable wallet.  Children search for the CVC word pictures.
•8 CVC recording mats (2 per spy mat) – laminate/place in reusable wallet.  Children search for the images shown and then write the words in the spaces provided.
•CVC recording cards (1 page of cards per spy mat) – laminate and cut up.  Children search for the image shown and then write the word in the space provided.
