Teach your pupils to count objects with this ENGAGING maths activity!  Children read the number and then find the correct number of snowflakes to add to their wintery scene (you can use the printable snowflakes included if you don’t have anything suitable to use).  FUN hands-on learning for your maths continuous provision!
 
The following are included:
•1-20 winter mats
•Snowflakes to print, laminate and cut out
 
To complete the activity children will:
1.Read the number on the mat.
2.Put the correct number of snowflakes (cotton wool balls, craft/wooden/printable snowflakes) onto the mat.
